The bassist of 1980s reggae lot UB40 has been banned from running companies for foursome long time later on a bust-up o'er bookkeeping.

Earl Hawker was barred because his party Instinctive reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't passably part the takings with creditors.

The group's business concern manager David Dorothy Rothschild Parker and associate manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans respectively. 

It is understood deuce former ex-lot members were among the creditors.
