How to Archive Lotus Notes
To archive Lotus Notes data, you can follow these steps:
1. Open Lotus Notes and go to the File menu.
2. Click on the Archive option. This will open the Archive dialog box.
3. In the Archive dialog box, select the type of data you want to archive. You can choose to archive mail, calendar, to-do items, or all three.
