How to Add Bullets in InDesign
To add bullets in InDesign, follow these steps:
1. Select the text frame or text box where you want to add bullets.
2. With the text frame selected, go to the "Type" menu and select "Bullets and Numbering" or press "Option + Command + B" (Mac) or "Alt + Control + B" (Windows).
3. In the "Bullets and Numbering" window, select "Bullets" from the "List Type" drop-down menu.
4. Choose the bullet style you want to use from the "Bullet Character" drop-down menu. You can select from the pre-defined bullet styles or create your own custom bullet by clicking on the "Custom Character" button.
5. Customize the bullet settings by adjusting the "Bullet Position," "Indent," and "Text Indent" values. You can also change the "Alignment" option to align the bullets with the text.
6. Click "OK" to apply the bullet formatting to your text.
7. You can also apply bullets to individual paragraphs by selecting the paragraph and then following the same steps above.
That's it! Now you have added bullets to your text in InDesign.
