Accepting followers on Twitter is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:

1. Log in to your Twitter account. 2. Click on the "Notifications" icon (represented by a bell icon) at the top of your screen. This will show you a list of recent notifications. 3. Look for notifications that say "Person X is now following you" (where Person X is the name of the follower). 4. Click on the notification to view the follower's profile. 5. If you want to accept the follower, click on the "Follow back" button located next to their name and profile picture. 6. Once you've clicked the "Follow back" button, you'll start seeing their tweets in your timeline, and they'll be able to see your tweets in theirs as well.

Note that if your Twitter account is set to private, you'll need to manually approve each new follower request. To do this, go to your Twitter account settings, click on "Privacy and safety," and then check the box next to "Protect your Tweets." Once this is enabled, you'll receive a notification each time someone wants to follow you, and you can approve or deny their request.
