How to Bake Apricot and Semolina Cake

Ingredients: - 1 cup semolina - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup yogurt - 1/2 cup vegetable oil - 3 eggs - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup dried apricots, chopped - 1/4 cup almonds, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.
