How to Allow Fitness Tracking on an iPhone

To allow fitness tracking on an iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open the "Health" app on your iPhone. If you don't have the app, you can download it from the App Store.

2. Tap on the "Browse" tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Scroll down and find the "Fitness" category.

4. Tap on the category and choose the type of fitness data you want to track. You can choose from options such as steps, distance, and active energy.

5. Tap on the "Add" button next to the type of data you want to track.

6. You will be asked to give permission for the Health app to access your fitness data. Tap "Turn On All Categories" to allow the app to track all of the selected data types.

7. You can also allow other apps to access your fitness data by going to the "Sources" tab in the Health app and selecting the apps you want to allow access.

Once you have allowed fitness tracking on your iPhone, the Health app will automatically track the selected data types and provide you with insights into your fitness activity. You can also view your fitness data in the "Today" tab of the Health app and set fitness goals to help you stay motivated.
