How to Access Cookies in Windows XP

From freem

To access cookies in Windows XP, you can follow the steps below:

1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

2. Click on the "Tools" menu located at the top of the window.

3. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu.

4. In the Internet Options window, click on the "General" tab.

5. Under the "Browsing history" section, click on the "Settings" button.

6. In the Settings window, click on the "View files" button.

7. This will open a folder window containing all of your browser's cookies. You can sort them by name, date modified, size, and more by clicking on the corresponding column headers.

8. To view a specific cookie, double-click on its name to open it in Notepad or another text editor.

Note that cookies are typically stored in a hidden folder, so you may need to enable "Show hidden files and folders" in your Windows XP settings to access them. To do so, open the "Control Panel," select "Appearance and Themes," and then click on "Folder Options." In the Folder Options window, click on the "View" tab, and under "Hidden files and folders," select "Show hidden files and folders." Click "OK" to save your changes.
