How to Adjust the Master Volume in Windows XP


To adjust the master volume in Windows XP, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Start" button located in the bottom left corner of your screen. 2. Click on "Control Panel". 3. Double-click on the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon. 4. In the "Volume" tab, you will see a slider labeled "Device volume". Move the slider up or down to adjust the volume level. 5. To mute the volume, click on the "Mute" checkbox. 6. To adjust the volume for individual applications, click on the "Advanced" button located under "Device volume".
