Microsoft Points have been phased out and replaced with local currency on the Microsoft Store. However, you can still use a credit card to add funds to your Microsoft account balance. Here's how:

1. Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC or Xbox console. 2. Click on your profile picture or icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Payment & billing" from the drop-down menu. 3. Click on the "Add a payment method" button and select "Credit or debit card" from the options. 4. Enter your credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Make sure the billing address matches the one associated with your credit card account. 5. Click on "Next" to review your payment information and click "Save" to add the credit card to your account. 6. Once your credit card is added, you can use it to make purchases on the Microsoft Store by selecting "Account" > "Add funds to Microsoft account" and choosing the amount you want to add.

Note that the amount you add to your Microsoft account balance will be in your local currency, not Microsoft Points. The conversion rate may vary depending on your region and currency.
