How to Add Hyperlinks to Email Messages in Hotmail
To add hyperlinks to your email messages in Hotmail, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Hotmail account and click the "New" button to start a new email message.
2. In the body of the email message, type the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink. For example, if you want to link to a website, type the name of the website.
3. Highlight the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink.
4. Click the "Insert Hyperlink" button (which looks like a chain link icon) located in the formatting toolbar at the top of the message box.
5. In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, type or paste the URL of the website or file that you want to link to. You can also select an existing file or web page from your computer or OneDrive.
6. Choose whether you want the link to open in a new window or in the same window.
7. Click "OK" to create the hyperlink.
Your hyperlink should now be created and visible in the body of your email message. You can repeat this process to add multiple hyperlinks to your message.
