How to Apply Lip Tar

Lip tar is a highly pigmented liquid lipstick that can be applied with precision for a bold and long-lasting lip color. Here's how to apply it:

1. Prep your lips: Exfoliate your lips with a lip scrub or a soft toothbrush to remove any dry or flaky skin. Apply a thin layer of lip balm to moisturize your lips and allow it to absorb for a few minutes.
