How to Bake Acorn Squash
Baking acorn squash is a simple and delicious way to prepare this nutritious vegetable. Here's how to do it:
Ingredients: - 1 acorn squash - 1 tablespoon olive oil - Salt and pepper, to taste - Optional toppings, such as butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, or maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the acorn squash in half from stem to bottom, using a sharp knife. Scoop out the seeds and stringy pulp from the center of each half using a spoon.
