UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from functional companies for foursome years

The bassist of 1980s reggae dance band UB40 has been prohibited from operative companies for quadruplet age afterwards a bust-up over clerking.

Earl Falconer was barricaded because his companionship Reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair rip the return with creditors.

The group's concern handler Jacques Louis David Parker and boyfriend conductor Lanval Storrod were handed 11-twelvemonth and four-year bans respectively. 

It is understood deuce former ex-stria members were among the creditors.
