How to Add an External Hard Drive to a PlayStation

Adding an external hard drive to your PlayStation can give you additional storage space for games, movies, music, and more. Here's how to do it:

1. Check the Compatibility: Make sure that the external hard drive you want to use is compatible with your PlayStation. Your PlayStation needs to support USB 3.0 or later and the hard drive needs to be formatted in either exFAT or FAT32.

2. Choose the Right Hard Drive: You'll want to choose a hard drive with at least 250 GB of storage, although larger sizes are available.

3. Prepare the Hard Drive: Connect your external hard drive to your computer and format it in exFAT or FAT32. This will erase all data on the hard drive, so make sure to back up any important files beforehand.
