The bassist of 1980s reggae stripe UB40 has been banned from run companies for foursome years later a bust-up over clerking.

Earl Falconer was latched because his party Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair separate the issue with creditors.
