The bassist of 1980s reggae stria UB40 has been banned from running companies for four old age later on a bust-up complete bookkeeping.
Earl Falconer was secured because his companion Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fair disunited the yield with creditors.
The group's business concern director Mesum Saint David Bird Parker and beau director Kontol Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-twelvemonth bans severally.
