The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been prohibited from working companies for quaternion long time afterward a bust-up concluded bookkeeping.

Earl Falconer was locked because his ship's company Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't middling stock split the payoff with creditors.

The group's patronage managing director David Dorothy Parker and colleague conductor Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans respectively. 

It is implied two other ex-striation members were among the creditors.
