宗旨：“人人可以学滑板，人人可以学好滑板”

①请戴好护具。护具真的好重要!我第一次滑的时候，没意识到戴护具的重要性，滑板一滑重心没稳住，不小心擦伤了手，虽然护具显得有点笨拙，但能避免手腕和膝盖受伤，满满的安全感；

②心理预备。对于滑板初学者，无论是大人还是小孩，只要不怕摔，学的就会快，所以小技巧：克服恐惧心理，大胆尝试；

③备上一双平底鞋。尽量选择鞋底质量好的平底鞋，不要穿高跟鞋厚底鞋拖鞋，不然可能会因为地面，速度或突发情况导致脚平衡力问题而受伤，可以选择帆布鞋，鞋底薄点的，脚感会好；

④路面选择。初学者不要在湿润不平滑的地面上滑板，湿润的地面上容易打滑，而且滑板尽量避免沾水，会缩短使用寿命；

⑤找发力脚。想象现在要助跑一小段，并在结冰的地面上滑行，你会把哪只脚放在前面，尽早弄清楚这一点很重要，对之后学习向前滑行很有帮助，滑板的全过程要记住重心压在前方发力脚；

⑥学习滑行。滑行和走路的姿势十分相近，把前脚放在滑板上，踩上去，向前滑（滑行时前脚是向前的，像在走路一样）同时用后脚快速有力来推进才是正确的方式，把另一脚放上来事前脚朝向内侧，需要花一段时间来适应前脚向前和向侧面这两种状态之间的转换。学会滑行后要多滑多滑，到处去滑，适应直线滑行后，来学习转弯；

⑦学习转弯。基础的转弯方式有两种：kick turn就是把前轮翘起来，离地转弯，另一种叫carving turn，通过将重心移向一边来完成。第一种，需要用后脚对滑板施加一些压力，将前桥翘起来然后转弯，多练习，熟能生巧；

⑧学习脚刹。脚刹是必备技能，从平地到斜坡，用身形控制好前脚重心，后脚找好位置，脚刹本质上是一个控速的技能，它有一定的制动距离，所以我们在滑板的时候，一定要把视线打开，提前去控制好速度来保证自己的安全。
