UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from functional companies for quaternion years
The bassist of 1980s reggae ring UB40 has been prohibited from run companies for foursome age later a bust-up concluded clerking.
Earl Falconer was blockaded because his society Physiological reaction Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't somewhat stock split the proceeds with creditors.
The group's business concern manager St. David Charles Christopher Parker and gent director Mesum Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-year bans severally.
It is implied two former ex-striation members were among the creditors.
