The bassist of 1980s reggae ring UB40 has been prohibited from running play companies for tetrad years later on a bust-up o'er clerking.

Earl Falconer was barricaded because his company Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fairly snag the proceeds with creditors.
