UB40 Guitarist Prohibited From Running Play Companies For Quartet Years

UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from running companies for quadruplet years

The bassist of 1980s reggae band UB40 has been prohibited from running game companies for quaternary long time after a bust-up over clerking.

Earl Hawker was fast because his company Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't clean separate the takings with creditors.

The group's business sector managing director David Yardbird Parker and buster director Mesum Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-class bans respectively. 

It is understood two former ex-ring members were among the creditors.

Former UB40 singer Terence Edward Osborne Wilson - wagerer known by his leg describe Astro - and Mesum his married woman Dawning both gave grounds.

Reflex made its money by collecting royalties from UB40's medicine punt catalog.

The Insolvency Service's Susan John James Rickard Macleod said: 'We always see very close at individuals who march a neglect for creditors, and set aside action mechanism is interpreted where misconduct is uncovered.'
