The bassist of 1980s reggae circle UB40 has been banned from running play companies for foursome age after a bust-up ended clerking.
Earl Hawker was barred because his party Reflexive Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't passably break up the proceeds with creditors.
The group's business concern director David Yardbird Parker and blighter theater director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-twelvemonth bans respectively.
