UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been banned from run companies for four years

The bassist of 1980s reggae lot UB40 has been prohibited from running companies for four age after a bust-up ended bookkeeping.

Earl Hawker was barred because his party Instinctive reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fairly split up the issue with creditors.

The group's occupation coach David Bird Parker and fella music director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-year bans severally. 

It is implied two former ex-ring members were among the creditors.
