How to Activate High Contrast on Windows

High contrast mode is a feature available in Windows that can help users with low vision or color blindness to read the screen more easily. Here are the steps to activate high contrast mode on Windows:

1. Press the Windows key + U on your keyboard to open the Ease of Access Center.

2. Click on the "High contrast" option in the left-hand menu.

3. Under "Choose a High Contrast Theme," select the theme you want to use. Windows comes with several different high contrast themes, including Black, White, and Yellow.

4. Click on the "Apply" button to activate the high contrast theme.

Once you've activated high contrast mode, you can adjust the colors and other settings to suit your preferences. To do this, click on the "High contrast settings" link in the "High contrast" window. Here, you can adjust settings such as contrast, brightness, and color filters.

You can also turn high contrast mode on or off using the keyboard shortcut "Left Alt + Left Shift + Print Screen." This can be useful if you need to switch between high contrast mode and normal mode quickly.
