User: Help me create title and description for a Youtube video that talk about the process of submitting chatGPT apps.[edit | edit source]
Help me create title and description for a Youtube video that talk about the process of submitting chatGPT apps. This is the transcript of the video: Hi everyone. So today I want to show you the process of how to submit an app onto chat GBT. The first step is very simple. You just have to go to platform.openai.com/apps manage. Uh this is the same place where you get your API key. Uh and then over here there's this option chatgbt apps. Um and you just click on new app. There's a few things that you have to prepare in advance to make the app submission process go a lot faster. First, you have to prepare a logo icon. It has to be an SVG 64* 64 pixel. You probably want to have it in dark mode as well because a lot of people use TGPT in dark mode and you want it to look good for them as well. Um and then they also require um you know the website, the private policy, the term of service as well as the demo video that you need to record in advance and um after that um a lot of this step fractal because I build my app in fractal fractal is going to do it for me. Um the only step that I have to do manually um is recording the video and um creating the logo icon and taking the screenshots. Um so the app I'm going to submit today is a wood cow app. So I've been using chativity a lot for writing on X or to create narration for my video. And a lot of the time I wanted to know, hey, like how long it would take. And I know that chat GBT would tell me how long it would take. But I often need to edit the content that chatbt created for me. And if I edit the content um and I need to see how long the edited content is, I have to go to another app like the word count app and paste the content from chatbt over there to edit it and see how long it take. So my word count app is very simple. Um it would open when I asked um how long it would take to read these or um how many characters or how many word count um and it give me like the word count um the read time how many character it is and it also like update um as I edit the content cuz sometimes you know like chatgbt content I need to make like a little bit adjustment based on the content that it generate for me. Um so this app is super helpful for me and I really hope that other people also find it helpful. Um so over here uh to make that happen I'm going to like upload an image and I already create an SVG for this app. So I'm just going to say open. Um and my app name is word count. I totally forgot that Fractal would do this for me. So I go to Fractal. Um, and I would go on publish. And over here, uh, Fractal is going to like prepare all the content for me, like the app, um, subtitle. I just need to copy and paste it. Um, because it knows like what app I've been uh, working on. Um, so it, you know, autogenerated for me. Normally, if it doesn't autogenerate for me, I probably would go to chatbt and, you know, ask to generate for me anyway. Okay, perfect. All right. Okay. So this form there's a little bit more um that fractal doesn't know um so I would say this is productivity and the developer is fractal AI company it's fractal AI um our website is ufraractto.com I mean just usefrtodev customer support at usecraft.dev. Um I have a private policy link here. Yeah, you also have to prepare a private policy um and a term of service link. Um, and then I already recorded um a video demo, so I'm going to link to that as well. This is the second app that I'm submitting. Okay, my app doesn't link out for people to make a purchase. So, I don't have to select that. Um, now I need u the MCP sero URL. So I go back to fractal and then I copy the MCP sero URL. This is no I'm going to have it scan my tool. Um, so it say that domain not verified. Um so I also have oh now it ask me to after it scan the tools it add me to ask a few things like you know um read only open war and destructive. Um so read only it means that um does your app take any actions um you know chb is worry if your app is going to do any destruction um destructive actions. Open world means that if it's like interact with um you know the rest of the world for example doing like a web search um yeah so that is pretty um important and obviously destructive means that if it's deleting something you know um this just means that the agent is going to take a special caution if it's um if it's one of these um but um if you use fractal like we um automatically read your tools. We understand what your tool does. Um so we can create all of these for you. Um, and remember to always um, and remember to always read what Fractal generates uh, just in case it's not accurate uh, and it's not something you intend to. I already read through it before I shoot this video. So that's why I didn't read it because I want to save you time, you know, I don't want to take forever um, to go through this video. Now, you have to do a domain verifications. And to do this, you just have to copy the verification token and then you go to uh verify your domain. Um and then you paste in the domain and you click save. Um your domain verification should be saved. Um and then you can verify it. Okay, great. So it is verified. I'm going to go to the next step. Um now that you have to add like just test cases um for your app um you should definitely test out your app. I hope if you're publishing your app that you've already tested uh your app very thoroughly. I have. So I just copy and paste a test case in. Uh but yes, please test your app before you publish it. And because I use Fractal, Fractal already did this work for me. So I just need to copy and paste in. We're going to make um a browser plugin so you don't have to copy and paste because it is really a pain to copy and paste and especially like sometimes when you save the draft it clear out the text field it's quite annoying you see Okay. Okay. I can't imagine something right now. Okay. Five. That was a lot. Let's go to the next um three that was a lot. Um now we have to upload the screenshot. I already create a screenshot already. Um you have to remember that the requirement is very strict. Um I actually it took me forever to um get the screenshot right because I keep you know having the wrong five side or like the width and height uh was just not right. The width has to be exactly 706 pixel. So make sure you resize to 706 pixel. Um and the height has to be between 400 to um 800 pixel. And if you do any of that wrong, it's not going to tell you what is wrong. It's just going to tell you that you have to redo it again. How many? Oh sh I have another screenshot. I have two. Okay. And this one is how long does it take to read? Is it how long does it take to read? Let me look more into my tools. What? What? I asked it. How long to read this? I'm just going to be exact just in case. Okay. And now, um, you're just going to, you know, um, go global. Like, I don't know. Do I want to go global? I don't know. I feel like I'm just going to get the default. And that's it. I feel like my app is pretty safe. And that's it. My app submission is done. I'm going to go and submit my other app now and I will share with you when the app get approved. Thank you so much. Bye.

Let’s picture cells as tiny water balloons negotiating with their surroundings 💧🎈. The words isotonic and hypertonic describe how salty or sugary the outside solution feels compared to the inside of a cell, and that feeling decides where water wanders.
Isotonic[edit | edit source]

In an isotonic solution, the concentration of dissolved stuff outside the cell matches the inside.
- Water moves in and out at the same pace
- The cell keeps its normal shape and mood
- No swelling, no shrinking, just equilibrium doing a quiet dance
A classic example is red blood cells sitting happily in normal saline.
Hypertonic[edit | edit source]

In a hypertonic solution, the outside is more concentrated than the inside.
- Water leaves the cell to dilute the surroundings
- The cell shrivels and tightens, a process called crenation in red blood cells
- Think of the cell feeling slightly dehydrated
A salty solution around a cell is the usual culprit here.
One-line memory hook 🧠[edit | edit source]
- Isotonic: same concentration, cell stays the same
- Hypertonic: higher outside concentration, cell shrinks
