SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Google is donating all but $7 billion to allow for San Francisco to carry on providing unblock coach and early Transportation services to low-income metropolis kids.

City officials proclaimed the contribution on Thursday and aforesaid it wish overlay an additional deuce eld of the free transportation programme. The programme is presently funded by a regional expatriation representation through with June 2014.

The contribution comes as Google and other technology companies front criticism concluded private buses they employment to pickax up employees in San Francisco. Engineering science workers are also accused of impulsive up rents and gentrifying the urban center.
