Battling friends in Pokémon GO can be a fun way to challenge your friends and test your Pokémon team's strength. Here's how you can battle your friends in Pokémon GO: 1. Make sure you're at least level 10. You need to be at least level 10 to participate in Trainer Battles. 2. Add friends in the game. You can do this by going to your friend list and entering your friend's Trainer Code. Once they accept your request, they will appear in your friend list. 3. Choose a battle format. There are three battle formats in Pokémon GO: Great League, Ultra League, and Master League. Each has a different maximum CP limit for Pokémon that can be used in battles. 4. Select a team of six Pokémon. Before the battle, you need to select a team of six Pokémon from your collection that meet the CP limit for the chosen league. You can switch out Pokémon between battles if you wish. 5. Send a battle request. Once you and your friend are online and ready to battle, tap on their name in your friend list and select "Battle." Choose the league you want to battle in, and send the request. 6. Battle! Once your friend accepts the request, you'll be taken to the battle screen. The battle works just like any other Pokémon battle. You can use Fast Attacks and Charged Attacks, and switch between your six Pokémon. 7. Claim rewards. After the battle, you and your friend will both receive rewards based on the outcome of the battle. You'll also receive Battle Points, which will increase your rank in the Battle League. Keep in mind that there are some restrictions to battling friends in Pokémon GO. You can only battle friends who are within 100 meters of you, or who you are Ultra or Best Friends with, regardless of distance. Also, you can only battle three times with each friend per day.
