To add a Twitter profile picture, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Twitter account. 2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and select "Settings and privacy" from the dropdown menu. 3. Click on "Profile" in the left-hand menu. 4. Under "Profile information," click on the camera icon next to your current profile picture. 5. Choose the file you want to use as your new profile picture and click "Open." 6. Use the cropping tool to adjust the picture if necessary. 7. Click on "Save" to save your new profile picture. Note: Twitter recommends using a square image that is at least 400 x 400 pixels in size. Your profile picture will be displayed at 200 x 200 pixels on your profile and 48 x 48 pixels as your avatar in tweets.
