To add Wii Fit credits, follow these steps: 1. Insert the Wii Fit game disc into your Wii console and turn on the console. 2. Select the Mii character you want to use for your Wii Fit profile and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile. 3. Once you have set up your profile, select the "Wii Fit" option from the main menu. 4. From the Wii Fit menu, select "My Wii Fit Age." 5. On the Wii Fit Age screen, you will see a button that says "Add Wii Fit Credits." Press this button. 6. On the next screen, you will see a button that says "Enter Wii Shop." Press this button. 7. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Wii console to the internet (if it is not already connected) and access the Wii Shop Channel. 8. Once you are in the Wii Shop Channel, select "Wii Points" from the main menu. 9. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase Wii Points using a credit card or Wii Points Card. 10. After you have purchased Wii Points, return to the Wii Fit game and select "Add Wii Fit Credits" again. 11. On the next screen, select "Use Wii Points" and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your Wii Points for Wii Fit Credits. 12. Once you have added your Wii Fit Credits, you can use them to unlock new exercises, games, and features within the Wii Fit game.
