iSpring Pro is a popular tool used for adding voice overs to PowerPoint presentations. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use iSpring Pro to add voice overs to your PowerPoint slides: 1. Download and install iSpring Pro on your computer. You can download the free trial version from the iSpring website. 2. Open your PowerPoint presentation and click on the iSpring Pro tab in the PowerPoint ribbon. 3. Click on the Audio and Video Narration button in the iSpring Pro tab. 4. Click on the Record button to start recording your voice over. You can use a microphone to record your voice or upload a pre-recorded audio file. 5. Begin speaking into the microphone and advance through your slides as you normally would during a presentation. iSpring Pro will record your voice over and synchronize it with your slides. 6. Once you have finished recording your voice over, click on the Stop button to stop the recording. 7. Preview your voice over by clicking on the Preview button in the Audio and Video Narration window. 8. If you are satisfied with your voice over, click on the Save button to save the audio file. 9. Finally, publish your presentation by clicking on the Publish button in the iSpring Pro tab. This will create a new version of your presentation that includes your voice over. That's it! You have successfully added a voice over to your PowerPoint presentation using iSpring Pro.
