To add someone to a Skype call on Android, follow these steps: 1. Open the Skype app on your Android device. 2. Start a call with the person you want to speak with. 3. While in the call, tap the "Add participant" button located in the lower-right corner of the screen. It looks like a person with a plus sign next to them. 4. Select the contact you want to add from your Skype contact list. 5. If the person is not in your contact list, you can enter their phone number or Skype username in the search bar to find them. 6. Once you have found the person you want to add, tap their name to add them to the call. 7. The new participant will be notified and will need to accept the invitation to join the call. You can repeat these steps to add more people to the call if needed.
