To add people on Skype with Windows, please follow these steps: 1. Open Skype on your Windows device. 2. Click on the "Contacts" tab located at the top of the screen. 3. Click on the "Add Contact" button, located on the right side of the screen. 4. In the "Find people" search bar, type in the person's Skype name, email address, or phone number. 5. Click on the person's profile that you want to add. 6. Click on the "Add to Contacts" button located at the top of the screen. 7. A message box will appear allowing you to add a personalized message to the contact request if you wish. 8. Click on the "Send" button to send the contact request. The person will receive a notification of your contact request, and once they accept, they will be added to your contacts list on Skype.
