Editing How to Add Friends to Wechat on Android

Adding friends on WeChat for Android is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open the WeChat app on your Android device.
2. Tap on the "+" icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Add Contacts" from the options.
4. You can then search for your friend using their WeChat ID, phone number, or by scanning their QR code.
5. If you know your friend's WeChat ID, tap on the "Search" bar at the top of the screen and type in their WeChat ID.
6. If you know your friend's phone number, tap on "Mobile Contacts" and allow WeChat to access your contacts. Then, select your friend's phone number and tap on "Add".
7. If you have your friend's QR code, tap on "Scan QR Code" and scan their code. The app will automatically add them as your friend.

Once you have added your friend, they will receive a notification and can then accept your friend request. You can also send them a message and start chatting.
