It can be criticized, investigated, regulated, or opposed based on its actions, goals, and the impact it has. People, on the other hand, are individuals with rights. Their safety and dignity shouldn’t depend on what any organization does. So yes, hold organizations accountable but no, don’t treat them as equivalent to a vulnerable population.
