In SVP thought is considered as a modulating force that disturbs the undifferentiated Universal Mind (UUM) or Scalar Potential or God that is everywhere/omnipresent. The type of thought disturbs the UUM eliciting specific emissions from the UUM. Nice thoughts being harmonic while nasty thoughts are discordant or their gradients of harmonicity. A calm mind is at one with UUM (resonance) but a disturbed mind is not (non-resonant). Keely's neutral center is akin to the scalar potential of UUM. Purposefully modulating a NC can elicit different emissions according to the Laws of Being and his forty laws and principles of 369. Many of Keely's machines were built to respond to his thoughts that activated their NC (Scalar Potential) which because of their design released the type of kinetic motions he desired mostly rotation.
