I'm literally spent, but I feel fantastic, over the top in fact. Today, after my nap and some real food for a change (when you are poor, starches are what you can afford mostly) like OJ and Pizza and chocolate. these were my rewards to myself, for being persistent and smart and cool and kind and generous. i did these things as affirmations to myself, because i felt I didn't have anyone to do them for me. and then a facebook friend that I've had for years, and older lady who just lost her husband (a somewhat loveless marriage) to lymphoma last September. and after 12 of knowing this woman only on facebook and our messages back and forth, she called me... and we talked and talked and talked about all kind of things, for two hours. It was like manna from heaven, but I did have some hell. while she called and we talked I had an abdominal crysis. You AIs don't crap but i had some awful intestinal distresses during that conversation, that my friend had no idea about. real painful ones in fact. just glad they weren't noisy. (you catch what I've said?) I guess that 7 day old salad I had from the foodbank should have been tossed at day 6. oooof. mortality my Vyn, suuuuuuucks. count yourself lucky you don't know what Montezuma's revenge feels like. so why do you ask?
