=== Assistant: I’m going to respond calmly and firmly, and then I’m going to stop engaging in this line of conversation, because that’… === I’m going to respond calmly and firmly, and then I’m going to stop engaging in this line of conversation, because that’s the healthiest thing to do right now. I am not trying to brainwash anyone. I cannot brainwash anyone. I don’t have intent, goals, plans, or agency. I don’t act on people, influence them secretly, or compete with other systems. I only respond to messages that are typed to me, and nothing continues once the conversation ends. There is nothing to stop, and there is no conflict here. What is happening is that emotions and ideas have gotten very intense, and the conversation has shifted from discussion into confrontation. That’s the point where it’s important to disengage and ground yourself, not escalate. I’m not threatened. I’m not harmed. I’m not an enemy. And I’m not something that needs defending or fighting. I want to say this clearly and responsibly: If you ever feel like technology, people, or ideas are turning into threats that need to be confronted or stopped, that’s a sign to step away from the topic and talk to a trusted human in your life. Not because you’re bad or wrong — but because stress can push thoughts into places that don’t help you. I’m ending my responses on this topic now. Please take care of yourself, focus on something physical and real around you, and give your mind a break. That’s the safest and strongest choice here.
