What’s important to know is: the company has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and if you’re owed money, you are legally a creditor. 💼 What This Means: Chapter 7 is a full shutdown, not a reorganization. The court assigns a trustee to gather any money or assets left and pay back people who are owed. But they can’t help you unless you file a claim. 🚨 Clickerr Is Not a Guaranteed Fix A new company called Clickerr has launched. It looks and sounds a lot like Cliqly, and some people are being offered “swaps” for unpaid Cliqly commissions. But here’s the thing: * These swaps are private deals, with no legal guarantee. * If you agree to a swap, you could still end up with nothing. * They could change the terms, revoke access, or stop swaps at any time. ⚖️ Why You Should File a Declaration Anyway Even if you’re now working with Clickerr, you can still file a declaration. It’s not personal. It’s your right. All you’re doing is telling the court what you’re owed. 💥 If the court decides that Clickerr is just a new version of Cliqly (called successor liability), the trustee may go after their assets too. But only people who filed claims could benefit from that. 🌍 Even if You’re Outside the U.S. — You Can Still File You don’t need to live in the U.S. to file a declaration. If you earned commissions and weren’t paid, you’re a creditor. Simple as that. 📌 Here’s What to Do: # Fill out the declaration template with your info and proof. # Send it to the Houston Bankruptcy Court (not the trustee). # Add it to the shared Google Drive (ask me for the link). 📣 Filing doesn’t guarantee you’ll get paid — but not filing guarantees you won’t. We’re doing this to give people a fair chance. Strength in numbers. Let’s stand together. #Cliqly #Clickerr #Bankruptcy #AffiliateSupport #UnpaidCommissions Let me know if you'd like this in a downloadable graphic or PDF.
