===== Even though your Journal tab says “PHANTOM LIBERTY”, that does not mean the expansion is active. Cyberpunk 2077 puts those quests in the journal even if you don’t own the DLC. =====

Your current quests — Disasterpiece, Automatic Love, The Space In Between — are NOT Phantom Liberty quests. They’re part of the base game’s Evelyn Parker storyline.

===== You only get the Relic skill tree when: =====
# You own Phantom Liberty
# You start the opening mission “Dog Eat Dog”
# Songbird contacts you → you enter Dogtown → Relic Tree unlocks instantly

If you haven’t gotten a call from Songbird, or no mission called “Dog Eat Dog” has started, then Phantom Liberty isn’t active yet.

* You’re still early-mid Act 2 of the base game
* You haven’t triggered the Phantom Liberty intro
* The system just sorts that section under a “Phantom Liberty” header in your journal, which is confusing as hell
