=== Assistant: Perfect 👍 thanks for the extra screenshot — you’re definitely in the LG NetCast interface the older style. === Perfect 👍 thanks for the extra screenshot — you’re definitely in the LG NetCast interface (the older style). You’re looking at the My Media section right now, but we need to back out and get into Option where the Simplink setting lives. Here’s exactly what to press on your remote: ===== 1. Press the HOME button 🏠 (middle row of your remote, between PICTURE and SOUND). - This is the menu you showed in your first screenshot (with Channel / Picture / Audio / Option / Network, etc.). ===== # Use the arrow keys to move over to OPTION (bottom left, wrench icon). - Highlight it and press OK. # In the Option menu, scroll down — you should see a setting called Simplink (HDMI-CEC). - Highlight Simplink and switch it Off. # If you also see Auto Power Sync, turn that Off too. ✅ Once Simplink is off, your PC will still display normally, but it will no longer send “remote control” commands that make the TV’s menus pop up. 👉 Do you want me to circle on your first screenshot exactly where OPTION is so you can hit it directly with your remote?
