Just wrapped up a pretty eye-opening session with ChatGPT. I asked it to help me TRACK DOWN GOVERNMENT RFPs in the Fort Myers area, and here’s what it did in under an hour:

• Mapped every local procurement portal (city, county, schools, airport, college—11 total)
• Built a WEEKLY SOP so anyone on the team can scan those sites in about 30 minutes
• Wrote PLUG-AND-PLAY PROMPTS that pull fresh solicitations straight into Teams, already sorted by scope and fit for our MSP

I’m sharing the whole thread so you can see the workflow and the actual prompts. If you’re still hunting RFPs the old-fashioned way, this might be worth a look.
