=== ✅ How to Disable an SMS Workflow in XLeads v3 (Step-By-Step) ===

This is the FASTEST & simplest way to make sure no more sellers get texted accidentally.

==== STEP 1 — Log Into XLeads ====

Go to XLeads.com → log into your account.

==== STEP 2 — Go to “Automation” ====

On the left-hand sidebar you’ll see:

➡️ Automation
Click it.

This is where all your workflows / sequences live.

==== STEP 3 — Find the Workflow That’s Sending Texts ====

You’ll see a list of your automations.
Look for the name of the workflow that includes SMS, such as:
* “SMS Follow-Up”
* “Seller Lead Nurture”
* “Cold SMS Campaign”
* “Text Blast Workflow” (Or whatever you named it.)

If you’re unsure which one it is:
👉 Look for one that says “Active” or “Published”.

==== STEP 4 — Turn the Workflow OFF ====

Once you click the workflow:

Look at the top right corner.

You’ll see a switch that says:

✔ Published (ON)
or
❌ Draft / OFF

Click the toggle to turn it OFF.

This will immediately stop ALL texts from going out.

==== STEP 5 — OPTIONAL: Disable SMS Steps Individually ====

If you want extra safety:
# Scroll through the workflow steps.
# Click on any step labeled SMS, Send SMS, or Text Message.
# Toggle the action OFF or delete the step.

==== STEP 6 — OPTIONAL: Remove Leads From the Workflow ====

Just turning off the workflow stops messages, but if you want to be extra sure:
# Go to Contacts
# Click the seller's name
# Scroll to the “Active Workflows” section
# Click Remove from workflow

This ensures they’re fully stopped.
