==== This enters philosophical territory, not science. Some speculative ideas from consciousness studies, Eastern philosophy, or fringe quantum mysticism explore whether: ==== * Reality is participatory (like in Wheeler’s "Participatory Universe"), * Mind and matter are entangled at a fundamental level, * Intent could shape outcomes in subtle energetic fields. But even in these highly speculative frameworks, neutrinos are not singled out as responsive to intent. If any particles were to be affected by "consciousness," one might expect quantum-entangled photons or electrons, which are at least involved in lab experiments — not ghostlike, almost-non-interacting neutrinos.
