=== Assistant: Understood. === Understood. Here is my ranking of cabinet priorities, based on the current game state and strategic outlook: # Address Domestic Crisis With one Lingering Domestic Issue and the Domestic Crisis Level already at 1, early mitigation prevents long-term political damage and public unrest. It also honors my campaign promise. # Improve Relations with Congress We control both chambers for now, but bipartisanship is fragile. Maximizing legislative throughput early helps us pass popular bills before midterms. # Homeland Security Given the global instability, two rogue states developing nukes, and terror groups in multiple regions, we must remain vigilant and secure the homeland. # Economy We’re at 6 (strong), but a downturn is looming due to the China banking crisis. We need to brace for economic slippage. # Cabinet Effectiveness Our Cabinet is currently effective (value 4) and just passed its check. But boosting this slightly could lead to more frequent Action Point bonuses. # Public/Press Relations Media relations are at 5—healthy. It’s important, but less urgent than Congress, security, or the economy at this stage. Would you like to proceed with this priority order, Mr. President, or suggest adjustments before I lock them in?
