# In the last few months, he has been publicly transitioning to a new "sister" company, which does the same thing as the old company, but supposedly "targeted" email marketing instead of bulk. He has been behind on commission payments for almost 2 years for some people but kept insisting people would get paid. All members have documents (emails) from support saying they will be paid. There has been no public statement from the owner or company about the bankruptcy yet. These documents were just randomly discovered last week on a google search. Yes, commissions payments records have disappeared from member dashboards and some are locked out of even accessing those records altogether. 
# a lot of affiliates are benefiting, especially with moving to the new "sister" company and promoting that. The new business name is Clickerr, but not sure what LLC was started for it. He is operating as MyInboxPro and Push Platform in promotions of new venture.
