Basically, it was this: When [this people group] repeat something several times in succession, interrupting the respondent just when they open their mouths to say it again, continuing until you ask what that’s about, if you didn’t already know. Doing this isn’t intended to be rude, impolite or obnoxious, but it is supposed to take on a similar quality that makes such things memorable. It means they really feel what they are saying, and that it’s important to them that what is said be remembered. Clean that up. Ask lots of questions
