Coincidently this dual iron part having offset but balanced masses is also at the center of the coil assemblies as though it were the very heart of the device serving as a place of transition from magnetic concentration and electric expansion. Is its function akin to tickling the Dirac Sea or disturbance of equilibrium? If so how is this so? Comment in detail, please.
