We’ve discovered that DE Marketing LLC filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy on June 9, 2025, without listing any of us as creditors — even though they issued 1099s to thousands of members and owe an estimated $2 million in unpaid commissions.

🧾 They only listed a few lenders and vendors.
💻 The websites (Cliqly.com, ConversionHouseMedia.net) are still active.
🚨 The owner has already launched a new company (Clickerr, MyInboxPro, Push Platform) using the same email list + assets.

* The court currently thinks there are fewer than 50 creditors.
* No one in this group received legal notice of the case.
* This may be an attempt to hide assets and transfer business operations to avoid paying us.
