Bramley apples are a popular variety of cooking apples that are great for making pies, crumbles, and other baked goods. Here's how you can bake Bramley apples: Ingredients: - 4 Bramley apples - 4 tbsp. of caster sugar - 2 tbsp. of water - 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp. of unsalted butter Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F. 2. Wash the Bramley apples thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. 3. Using a sharp knife or an apple corer, remove the core from each apple and make a small cut around the middle of the apple to prevent it from bursting. 4. Place the apples in a baking dish. 5. In a small bowl, mix together the caster sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples, making sure to coat them evenly. 6. Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the bottom of the baking dish, around the apples. 7. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and scatter them over the apples. 8. Bake the apples in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown on top. 9. Remove the apples from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. 10.
