Cisco IOS) ====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show version

</syntaxhighlight>

* دلیل آخرین ریست (crash یا power)
* مقدار RAM و Flash
* Uptime

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show environment

</syntaxhighlight>

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show environment all

</syntaxhighlight>

* پاور ساپلای (OK / Failed)
* فن‌ها
* دما (Temperature)

(PHY / Port) =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show interfaces status
show interfaces counters errors
show controllers ethernet-controller

</syntaxhighlight>

* CRC Error زیاد
* Input/Output Error غیرعادی
* Interface flapping

==== 2️⃣ تست حافظه و CPU ====

===== 🔹 بررسی مصرف CPU =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show processes cpu history

</syntaxhighlight>

===== 🔹 بررسی حافظه =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show memory statistics

</syntaxhighlight>

==== 3️⃣ ابزارهای Diagnostic داخلی (Advanced) ====

===== 🔹 فعال‌سازی Diagnostic Mode =====

Enterprise:

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">service internal

</syntaxhighlight>

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">diagnostic start
diagnostic test ?

</syntaxhighlight>

یا:

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show diagnostic result

</syntaxhighlight>

* تست ASIC
* تست بک‌پلین
* تست حافظه
* تست PHY پورت‌ها

==== 4️⃣ POST Test (Power-On Self Test) ====

===== مشاهده نتیجه POST: =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show post

</syntaxhighlight>

یا:

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show post all

</syntaxhighlight>

(Catalyst / Nexus) ====

===== Catalyst 3K / 9K: =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show platform
show platform hardware
show platform health

</syntaxhighlight>

===== Nexus (NX-OS): =====

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show system internal health
show hardware
show diagnostic

</syntaxhighlight>

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">test cable-diagnostics tdr interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/1

</syntaxhighlight>

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show cable-diagnostics tdr interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/1

</syntaxhighlight>

* کابل قطع است
* اتصال کوتاه
* طول کابل
* Pair خراب

<syntaxhighlight lang="bash">show logging

</syntaxhighlight>

* %HARDWARE-
* %ENVIRONMENT-
* %PLATFORM-

* ❌ پورت همیشه Down است حتی با کابل سالم
* ❌ دمای غیرعادی
* ❌ ریست تصادفی
* ❌ CRC Error بالا روی پورت خاص
* ❌ خطا در POST

| ---------------- | ---------------------- |
| پاور / فن        | show environment       |
| CPU / RAM        | show processes cpu     |
| پورت‌ها          | show interfaces        |
| کابل             | test cable-diagnostics |
| POST             | show post              |
| ASIC / Backplane | diagnostic test        |
| لاگ‌ها           | show logging           |
